Pilates
This class offers a series of exercises to tone, strengthen and focus on mind body awareness. Pilates is a practice that was implemented by many professional dancers to strengthen core and act as a rehabilitation for injuries. This will be mat Pilates only. This weekly class will be taught by Catey Rosander who is certified in Pilates training by Core Art Pilates Classical Mat Pilates. She works to help students at Elite strengthen their dance technique through the core elements of pilates which include: breath, concentration, control, precision, centering, and flow.
